CANCELLATION POLICY

Please review our updated cancellation policy below: We are reservation only Nail art studio / No walk in service. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING ★ Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. We cannot accommodate requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations will result in forfeiture of your deposit. ★ Please arrive on time. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. This policy helps us stay on schedule and respect the next client’s appointment time. ★ No-shows will forfeit their deposit and must book a new appointment with a new deposit.
